We do not offer a lock product designed specifically for the purpose you describe. There are specialty locks offered for vehicle trunks and these are often used by traveling salespeople. The trouble is that these usually require semi-permanent installation (and drilling) that might alter/damage the rental vehicle. This could result in significant costs to you.

I may have exactly what you're looking for by pairing up a BOLT Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 1-1/4 inch hitches and a BOLT Trailer Coupler Lock, which uses a similar double ball bearing locking mechanism as the Bulldog coupler lock found in # BD580404.

We have a couple of different tailgate lock options for a 1996 Chevy S-10. First is the Pop and Lock Powered Lock, # PAL8150. This lock wires into the power door locks if present on the vehicle. There isn't a lock available that will allow the ball mount platform to be locked to the shank of the assembly though. But if you think about it, there wouldn't be a huge demand for someone to steal just that portion of the assembly. Are you speaking of a locking hitch pin to prevent the ball mount or hitch mounted accessory from being stolen? If so, I'd just use a locking hitch pin like # C23517 which is compatible with 1-1/4 and 2 inch receivers.
If you're concerned about somebody actually unbolting and making off with the hitch, we don't have a lock that would secure the hitch to the vehicle, but you could have a welder tack the mounting bolts in place so they'd be pretty difficult to remove. view full answer...

The Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Handle part # PL8675 which is a fit for a 2019 Honda Ridgeline only comes in one finish which is a textured black plastic that is standard for most handles. If your vehicle has paint matched handles which is an option then what you could do is simply take the housing to a local auto paint/body shop and have them color match the handle to the vehicle for you. Any fabric-type rooftop cargo bag, including the Rightline Sport 3 XL Waterproof Carrier # RL100S30 that you referenced, will use integrated straps to secure to your vehicle's roof rack or side rails. While it is possible to add a cable-style lock such as # e98891, this would only slow down any would-be thief. Since the bag's straps can be cut the lock would only provide for a modest complication for a person intent on stealing your bag and property.

While we do not have a Bauer keyless entry door lock, we do have the LH Global Link Ultra E Pro Electronic Lock, # 295-000185 this requires a cut out of 3-3/4" tall x 2-3/4" wide. Please remove the current lock to measure the cut out for fitment.

We do have a spare tire carrier that mounts into a 2 inch receiver. The Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier, part number C31006, is a very nice mount that is easy to use and can be used with locks to secure the spare to the carrier and the carrier to the vehicle.

The closest option we have to what you are looking for is the part # PL8675 which is intended as a manual and a power lock for your 2019 Honda Ridgeline. We cannot control or select the key code for Master Lock Coupler Latch Lock # 2847DAT but we do have similar latch locks that can be ordered keyed alike although these do cost more than standard locks.
